My educational experience includes 20 years as a classroom teacher, mainly in the area of math and computers.  My 10 plus years of administrative experiences have varied greatly.   I have served as a 9-12th grade principal, superintendent, technology director, and transportation supervisor simultaneously.  The two previous schools where I served as part of the administrative team ranged in student population from 400 to 1500 students.  I became superintendent of CCA in October of 2010 and have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Board of Directors, staff, students, and parents.  Crossroads has impressed me as a school truly dedicated to educating students with the new 3 R's in education:  Rigor, Relevance, and Relationships.
