College Planning Resources

All students, whether currently planning on attending college or not, should consider setting up a College Board student account. With a College Board account, you can access your SAT scores online and send them to colleges.  You can also register for the SAT and CLEP exams.  Additionally, an account lets you manage your personal college list, save your scholarship searches, compare costs at colleges that interest you, and more.

For information on saving and planning, scholarships and grants, student loans, and more on student financial aid in Michigan, visit http://www.michigan.gov/mistudentaid

Find out if you qualify for any MI grants (including TIP) to attend college! Create a student account on the MiSSG website to determine eligibility and apply for numerous MI grants! Students can create an account at any point between the ages of 9 and 18 years old.

Please note that FAFSA applications are available on October 1, 2016 for students entering college in the Fall of 2017.  You may use your 2015 tax information. https://fafsa.ed.gov/
